Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Sense7ai, you will drive the online presence and customer acquisition efforts for our businesses as needed in both the US and Indian markets, leveraging in-depth, hands-on digital marketing expertise. The ideal candidate should have an inherent passion for crafting and executing effective digital strategies that can elevate brand presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the nuances of both the US and Indian markets.
  • SEO & SEM: Handle organic search optimization and paid search campaigns to maximize visibility on search engines. Manage budgets and campaigns for Google Ads, Bing, etc.
  • Content Management: Work with the content team to develop and promote high-quality content, including blogs, e-books, webinars, etc.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow our brand’s presence on relevant social platforms. Design campaigns tailored to each platform’s audience, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Email Marketing: Drive engagement and conversion through drip campaigns, newsletters, and transactional emails.
  • Performance Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, mix panel, and HubSpot to monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Affiliate & Partnership Marketing: Develop and nurture partnerships with complementary businesses to extend brand reach.
  • User Acquisition & Retention: Drive user growth through various online channels and formulate strategies for user retention.
  • AB Testing & Conversion Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing specific to products in US and India.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing from recognized institutes.
  • Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, particularly for SaaS and other digital products.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.
  • Solid track record in both US and Indian digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Proven track record of scaling a digital product in competitive markets.
  • Mastery of advanced digital marketing tactics, such as programmatic buying, and retargeting.
