Sense7ai Data Solutions (P) Ltd a rapidly growing software development services provider delivering high-quality, custom software solutions to enterprise clients across various industries. As we focus on expanding our presence in the US market, we are looking for skilled sales professionals to help drive revenue growth by converting leads into high-value clients.

Position Overview 

The Senior Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals with enterprise clients. This role is based in India, with occasional travel to the US to meet with key clients. The AE will work closely with the marketing team and outsourced SDRs to convert warm leads into long-term clients, with a focus on enterprise deals in the US market. An existing US visa will be considered a plus.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead Conversion: Focus on closing deals with enterprise clients, with a strong focus on the US market, while supporting relationships in India.  

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.  

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.  

  • US Market Travel: Be available to travel to the US for client meetings and conferences. Having a US visa is a plus.  

  • Collaboration with SDRs: Work with outsourced SDRs to ensure a strong pipeline of pre-qualified leads and timely follow-ups.  

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline health, and deal conversion rates.  

Must-Have Requirements 

  • Experience: At least 5+ years in sales or account management within the software development services industry.  

  • Track Record: Proven ability to close large enterprise deals, particularly in the US market.  

  • Existing Relationships: Strong connections with decision-makers in both India and the US in industries such as tech, finance, and healthcare.  

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.  

  • Location: Based in India, with the ability to travel to the US when necessary.  

Nice-to-Have Requirements  

  • US Visa: Existing US visa or eligibility for US travel is highly preferred.  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or IT (an MBA is a plus).  

  • Cultural Competence: Familiarity with US and Indian business cultures to ensure smooth client relationships.
