When you're uncertain, say so. When you've assumed something, surface it. Make Your Assumptions a Fact™: before writing a line of code or sending a deliverable, state your understanding out loud — "I'm building this for X scenario, not Y" — get confirmation, then move. A silent assumption that derails two weeks of work is the most expensive kind. We're all learning; no one expects every answer, but we do expect the right questions.

Learning Attitude.
Hold your skills firmly, your methods loosely. If there's a better way to do it now, that's the way. Ego tied to old habits is the fastest way to become irrelevant. Stay uncomfortable.
