AI-first thinking that has to survive production.

Not demos. Not proofs of concept that stall before go-live. The companies that engage us are deploying agentic AI into regulated environments — where a system that is “broadly correct” is not useful, and a system without an audit trail may be a liability. We are built for that constraint, not despite it.

Company at a glance

One company. Two entities. One standard.

Sense7ai operates as two legal entities — Sense7ai Inc. (Delaware, USA) and Sense7ai Data Solutions Private Limited (Coimbatore, India) — bound by a single Intercompany Services Agreement and a single policy framework. Every US or non-Indian based master services agreement and data processing agreement is signed by the US entity. All engineering is executed by the India team under the same controls, not a looser parallel standard.

Data residency and access controls for US-contracted engagements are agreed in the SOW. India-based engineering personnel access is controlled and logged per the customer’s requirements.

Our leadership

The people who run Sense7ai.

Vijayalakshmi Janakiraman

Chief Executive Officer, Sense7ai

Viji is the sole director and CEO of Sense7ai Inc., and a director and majority shareholder of Sense7ai Data Solutions Private Limited. She built Sense7ai's agentic AI engineering practice from the ground up — formalising its policy framework against FHFA and FFIEC vendor-diligence expectations, structuring the US–India delivery model, and leading every significant customer engagement.

She is the principal point of accountability for every SOW Sense7ai signs.

Raja Saminathan

Whole-Time Director, Engineering · SDS India

Raja heads engineering and delivery at Sense7ai Data Solutions Private Limited. He is responsible for what ships: architecture quality, code review standards, sprint cadence, and the day-to-day execution of every customer engagement. His mandate is simple — every output that leaves the team is defensible, documented, and production-grade.

Raja also owns the operationalisation of Sense7ai's policy set inside the delivery team, ensuring that the controls written into the MSA are the same controls enforced on the floor.

How we are built

Lean is a design decision, not a constraint.

We do not over-hire. Pods are sized to the scope the customer signs. The discipline that makes this work is concrete, not cultural.

Written specs before sprint one
Decision audit trails on every agent action
Code review by an engineer who is not the author
Sprint review document every fortnight
Exit posture defined in the SOW from day one

Certification status — Audits in progress
