Infrastride — corporate website and real-estate management portal

Sense7ai engineers two surfaces for Infrastride: the Infrastride corporate website that carries the brand and the buyer journey, and the Infrastride real-estate management portal that runs the day-to-day operations of the portfolios Infrastride manages. Web, mobile, and AI-driven workflow delivery against a single harmonised codebase, governed by Sense7ai's adopted policy set.

The challenges

Real-estate management software runs at the intersection of three pressures. Operations teams want fewer clicks per workflow, owners want clean monthly reporting, and tenants want digital surfaces that match the apps they use everywhere else. Most portals optimise for one constituency and ask the other two to live with what's left.

CONSTRAINT-01Non-negotiable
REQ

Two surfaces, one brand.

NOTE

The corporate website and the operating portal are different products with different jobs. Trying to merge them into one stack creates a marketing site that's too heavy and a portal that's too thin. Trying to separate them with no shared design system creates a brand that does not survive contact with the product.

CONSTRAINT-02Non-negotiable
REQ

The portal is the operations team's primary working surface.

NOTE

It is not a viewing tool. Speed, reliability, and workflow ergonomics are functional requirements, not polish items.

CONSTRAINT-03Non-negotiable
REQ

AI is for the workflows that quietly consume hours.

NOTE

Document classification, lease-clause extraction, maintenance-request triage, owner-statement drafting — the work that operations teams do on repeat. AI here is automation against a measurable workflow, not a chat surface bolted on the side.

What we built — the Infrastride engagement

01

Infrastride corporate website

Marketing site carrying brand, positioning, portfolio overview, and the buyer / partner journey. Built on a modern web stack (Next.js) for performance, accessibility, and search visibility. Content surfaces are CMS-driven so the marketing team can publish without waiting on engineering.

Next.jsCMS-driven
02

Infrastride real-estate management portal — operations surface

The day-to-day working surface for Infrastride operations teams: property and unit catalogue, tenant and lease records, maintenance and service-request workflows, vendor management, documents and records, and operations dashboards. Built to be the place an operations team lives, not a place it visits.

03

Tenant and owner surfaces

Tenant-facing flows (applications, lease signing, payments, service requests, communications) and owner-facing reporting (portfolio dashboards, monthly statements, document repository). Same codebase, different role-scoped surfaces.

04

Mobile companions

Native-feeling React Native applications for the field-and-on-the-go scenarios — operations team in the field, tenants between locations, vendor-side workflow updates.

05

AI-driven workflow automation

Document classification and routing, lease-clause extraction, maintenance-request triage with priority and category prediction, draft generation for routine communications and statements. Every AI-driven workflow stops at human approval on threshold actions (statements before delivery, communications before send, maintenance dispatch above a cost threshold).

Integration layer

Connectors to the accounting, payments, communications, and document-management systems Infrastride already runs — integrations as a first-class part of the platform, not bolt-ons.

Analytics, reporting, and operations dashboards

Pipeline velocity, occupancy, arrears, maintenance backlog, vendor performance — surfaced for operations leadership through customisable dashboards and scheduled reports.

Engineering approach

Two products, one design system

The marketing site and the portal share the brand and component library, but are engineered as independent products with their own constraints. The brand survives; the products perform.

Workflow-first portal design

Every portal surface was scoped to a workflow with a measurable outcome — request raised, lease signed, statement delivered. UX decisions were tied to throughput on those workflows, not to surface aesthetics.

AI on workflows that have a baseline

AI features were applied where there was an existing workflow with measurable steps, so the platform could compare before-and-after honestly inside the engagement.

Human-in-the-loop on threshold actions

Statements, communications, and dispatch actions stop for human approval at policy-defined thresholds.

Cognitive transparency on every AI decision

Every AI-assisted classification, extraction, or draft action emits a structured decision trace, readable by operations leadership without engineering escort.

How we worked

Dedicated engineering pod against a written SOW under the Sense7ai MSA — web engineers for the marketing site, full-stack engineers for the portal, a mobile engineer for the companion apps, an ML engineer for the AI workflow components, and a designer for the shared system. Two-week sprint cadence with operations-team demos; sprint review document each fortnight. Monthly steering on roadmap and risk; quarterly executive review on operating outcomes. Stack: TypeScript (Next.js marketing site; React portal SPA), React Native (mobile), Python (FastAPI workflow services, scikit-learn / classifier stacks for AI components), PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS deployment.

The Infrastride corporate website and the Infrastride real-estate management portal Sense7ai engineers are in production use across Infrastride's operations. Operations workflows, tenant-facing surfaces, owner reporting, mobile companions, and AI-driven workflow automation all run inside the platform today.

Specific operational throughput numbers, occupancy and arrears metrics, AI-feature adoption rates, and workflow-time deltas are held back until Infrastride authorises publication in writing.

Building a real-estate management platform? Or running operations on a portal that's not keeping up with your team?

Tell us about the system you need to build — or the foundation you need to lay. Whether that means agentic AI in production, regulated software infrastructure, or a phased roadmap that grows into AI capability over time, qualified inquiries typically receive a same-day or next-business-day response; scoping calls follow within five business days, subject to availability.
